I am working on breaking old patterns and it is a bear of a challenge. How do you break patterns that have walked with you for years and provided comfort and a warm, peaceful solitude? Change can be so violent to our fragile souls but, the reward of a life free from the chains of bad habits is infinite.

I think we have kindred souls, Stephanie. I was just thinking about this very thing tonight. I find so many parallels between our worlds. Hang in there, be tough, and you'll get through it.
We should chat sometime...I think we could learn a lot from each other! And of course, it's nice to have an understanding ear and a shoulder to lean on from time to time. But I know you can do it! They say nothing worth having is ever easy...
